Sens. Schumer and Graham are ready to introduce, "tough, but fair pathway to immigration."

Think. What is wrong with this concept, "tough but fair pathway?"

Think also about "Immigration Activists."

In regards to "pathway," this usually is defined as a "delineated series of directions a person must take to get from one place to another."

To reach a "destination," usually involves overcoming some barriers and acquiring several accomplishments along the way.

"Immigration activists" don't "give a turd's stink" about "immigration." They simply are demanding that EACH AND EVERY PERSON NOW RESIDING WITHIN OUR NATION, WHO GOT HERE, "ILLEGALLY," SHOULD RECEIVE AN IMMEDIATE "FREE PASS TO CITIZENSHIP."

I cannot count the number of times that a CITIZEN would make the comment, "I'd be better off being an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT." This, all by itself, is a very sad and pitiful expletive of what OUR NATION HAS BECOME.

The "SEIU," Service Employees International Union, are one of the big "enforcers" of "IMMIGRATION ACTIVISM."

It is understandable that the SEIU is a supporter of "AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS." They are an "international union" with many members in Puerto Rico and Canada.

The problem is that NO union should influence our Republic's government on issues relating to our Nation's "SOVEREIGNTY, SECURITY, FORM OF GOVERNMENT, and the SAFETY, SECURITY, and WELFARE OF OUR CITIZENS."

Then we have "LA RAZA," "THE RACE," in tandem with the SEIU. There is no need to discuss the "mission statement," of this radical organization. Just ask a "Tea Party Member."

So, we can never have "tough and fair," true immigration reform. What part would come first, the "tough part" or the "fair part?"

Most importantly, IT MUST BE RECOGNIZED THAT THERE IS A DISTINCT DICHOTOMY BETWEEN "IMMIGRATION REFORM" and "ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION."

"ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION" means someone entered our Nation without "AUTHORITY" nor "APPROVAL." They then place themselves into the category of "ILLEGAL FOREIGN NATIONS WHO HAVE TAKEN RESIDENCE WITHIN OUR BORDERS, PERIOD."

They also are "FOREIGN NATIONALS WHO HAVE OVERSTAYED THEIR VISAS, THUS INTENTIONALLY MAKING THEMSELVES ILLEGAL, PERIOD."

In BOTH situations, our LAWS HAVE BEEN INTENTIONALLY BROKEN, AND ARE CONTINUOUSLY BROKEN WHILE THEY REFUSE TO LEAVE.

Do Congressmen Graham, Schumer, Gutierrez, Durbin, Menendez, and President Obama wish to "CONDONE" these actions, and "USURP" OUR CONSTITUTION AND OUR LAWS?

There is ONLY ONE TRULY FAIR ANSWER, "THEY ARE FORCED TO TAKE A PATHWAY BACK OUT OF OUR NATION, AND BE FAIR TO EVERYONE WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING AND OBEYING OUR LAWS AND GET IN LINE."

The "TOUGH" part is finding the "LEADERSHIP" WE NEED IN OUR NATION TO MAKE THESE TOUGH DECISIONS.
